Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will be expected to lead the store team members in servicing customers.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations; Manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts; Lead store team members in servicing customers; Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom; Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed; Assist in the hiring process; Perform all store opening/closing duties; Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store; Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently; All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Sales Specialist Training; Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification

Nice to have

Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired); Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
