Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise daily store operations; Support and develop the team to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers; Work closely with Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success; Coach and develop team members; Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers; Act as safety leaders by providing the safest work environment; Always set a positive example; Often have opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step; Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience; Flexible availability; Valid driver's licence; Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature; Prioritise safety
