Associate Director

Our client is a global leader in alternative asset management specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate investments. With a focus on value-oriented and opportunistic investing, it has built a reputation for acquiring and transforming complex or undervalued assets.

Responsibilities

Review NAV packages prepared by the fund administrators; Review calculation of management fees & incentive fees; Assist with corporate and regulatory reporting requirements; Analyze and prepare expense allocations and budgets; Assist with annual audits and provide information for tax preparation; Assist with managing short/long-term fund liquidity; Review wire transfer requests; Ensure portfolio valuation is accurate and verify portfolio pricing to third-party sources

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; CPA required; 6-9 years of public/private accounting experience; Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise

Nice to have

Closed-end registered investment company experience preferred; Experience with AI, Altyrex, Anaplan or Power BI a plus
