Associate Electrical Engineer – Transmission and Distribution

We’re looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer with 3–6 years of T&D experience, a solid electrical engineering foundation, and the drive to excel in a fast paced, highly autonomous environment. Responsibilities

Design and analyze transmission and distribution line structures; Use PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or similar tools to model and evaluate loading; Support construction documents—plan & profile drawings, loading trees, equipment specs, and reports; Perform calculations, modeling, and field data reviews; Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality; Assist with site visits, field assessments, and engineering evaluations; Participate in project meetings and client coordination; Document work clearly and contribute to project deliverables

Working collaboratively with others; Having ownership in the work you do; Using your talents to positively affect communities; Strong communication skills; Ability to contribute and work well with a team; Electrical Engineering degree; 3–6 years of T&D engineering experience; FE/EI certification; Intermediate to advanced experience with PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or equivalent tools
