Associate Product Manager

Rho is the modern banking platform built for the AI era. Startups and growth-stage companies can open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books in one connected platform backed by real human support. The APM joins a senior PM's team, owns a defined part of a banking product, ships to real customers in the first quarter, and works toward owning a surface as a full PM within 18 months.

Responsibilities

Own a feature area end to end, from problem framing to measuring results; Write specs, ship features, and run launches end to end; Build with Design and Engineering every day; Bring Compliance and Operations in early on regulated product launches; Get close to customers by talking to founders and finance teams and reading support tickets; Define success before building and report clearly what worked; Use AI to test ideas, build prototypes, analyze feedback, and draft specs

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in product, engineering, data, consulting, banking, at a startup, or in a customer facing role (or having started something of your own); Analytical, comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and numbers, and checks own work; Curious about how money moves; Uses AI every day and can show something built with it; Writes clearly and can explain a complex problem in one page; Takes feedback well and acts on it fast; Takes ownership

Nice to have

Technical background or coding experience; Work at a bank or fintech; Startup experience; Knowledge of ACH, card networks, KYC/KYB, or reconciliation
