Auditor (Onsite Retail Data Collector)

In-store data collection and retail audits, including recruiting and maintaining panel stores and ensuring data quality in Penang.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits; Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships; Support auditor hiring, training, supervision, and performance monitoring; Handle ad-hoc requests, UC processes, and administrative tasks (cash advances, liquidation, etc.); Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend systems; Collaborate with teams (MDQC, Data Ops, Data Sci, CSM) to uphold reporting integrity; Contribute to team learning, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives; Maintain accuracy and integrity of collected data; Explain and validate data movements store-by-store; Reinforce quality KPIs and resolve issues (coding errors, unclear manuals, category definitions)

Requirements

Education: SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or higher qualifications are welcome to apply; 2+ years' experience in data collection or retail environment; Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English required; High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure; Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.); Willingness to travel, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers; Problem-solving mindset, coaching ability, and professional maturity
