Automation & AI Technology Experience Intern

Responsibilities

Apply LEAN principles and value stream mapping to analyze current technology experience processes and identify automation opportunities; Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort; Support initiatives to shift work to Level 0 through self-service and automated solutions, enhancing overall service delivery; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, increase operational flow, and improve user experience

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy; Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making; Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems; Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; Experience working with relational databases
