Automotive Porter Manager

Job Title: Porter Manager

Schedule: Full Time

Pay: $55,000-$100,000 annually (Salary + Commission)

Responsibilities

Manage (lead, train, hire, and oversee) our porter staff making certain the following duties are performed seamlessly.; Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.; Stock in both new and pre driven vehicles; Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management staff and in accordance with dealership display standards.; Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.; Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.; Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.

Requirements

Porter Manager experience, required.; Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve; High school diploma or equivalent; Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service; Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record; Must be willing to submit a background screening
