Autoplan Agent

Autoplan Agent – Level 1 or 2 (Full-Time) at Sussex Insurance – North Island (Inside Walmart) in Campbell River - North Island. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months experience with all ICBC transactions. Duties include sales and cross-sell of ICBC, Private Auto, and other insurance-related products such as Travel, Recreational & Marine, along with other office-related tasks such as batching, stock ordering and reconciliation inventory control.

Responsibilities

Sales and cross-sell of ICBC, Private Auto, and other insurance-related products such as Travel, Recreational & Marine; Office-related tasks such as batching, stock ordering and reconciliation inventory control

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months experience with all ICBC transactions; Provide exceptional customer service; Experience with all types of Autoplan transactions; Excellent verbal communication and typing skills; Ability to participate in upsell and cross-sell initiatives
