7+ years of meaningful experience; Drafting and negotiating term sheets, commitment papers, and definitive documents for leveraged finance transactions; Managing full deal execution; Leading and mentoring associates; Collaborating across practice groups; Supporting pitches and client development efforts; PQE: 4-6 years, 7+ years, 10+ years; Experience Level: Senior Level (5-10+ years)
