Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop the bar team through coaching and performance reviews.; Deliver exceptional bar service that enhances guest satisfaction and creates memorable experiences.; Oversee all daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.; Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and storage procedures.; Create and maintain effective stock management and cost-control strategies.; Ensure the bar is fully staffed, well-equipped, and prepared for daily operations.; Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment.; Maintain a safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.; Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality procedures at all times.; Review sales performance, optimize stock rotation, and maintain profitability targets.; Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Food & Beverage regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager; Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.; Excellent leadership and team management skills.; Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable attitude.; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.; Fluent English.; EU citizenship.
