Barback

The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is clean, stocked, organized, and operating efficiently. This role assists with product preparation, restocking supplies, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies; Clean and maintain the bar area, including counters, sinks, floors, and equipment; Remove trash, replace liners, and maintain recycling and disposal areas; Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating beverage inventory; Refill ice bins and maintain proper ice levels throughout the shift; Cut garnishes and prepare basic bar prep items; Assist bartenders with service needs during busy periods; Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies; Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management; Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Strong time management and multitasking abilities; Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Understanding safety, sanitation, and proper chemical use

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent; Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience; Knowledge of basic bar operations; Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
