Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.; Provide friendly, personalized service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.; Monitor and restock coffee supplies, pastries, and other café items to ensure consistent availability.; Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and hygiene standards.; Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience preparing coffee and specialty beverages, with knowledge of various brewing techniques and equipment.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.; Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.; Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
