Bartender - Extra

We are currently seeking an extra Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities

Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.; Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.; Delivers departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.; Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.; Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.; Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.; Work hours are mostly evening based, but can occur during the day; Scheduling is on a "need be" basis, which means that you will become a part of our extra staff pool

Requirements

Must a proven track record in a similar role; A positive and enthusiastic mentality; Multitasking abilities with focus on efficiency and high quality service; Excellent organizational and upselling skills; A passion for producing high quality customer care; Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards; Clear thinker with excellent communication and creative flair; Fluency in English. Both English and Swedish is desirable; Must hold hold a valid work permit, Swedish phone number and Swedish account number.
