About the Role

As part of our Spa & Wellness team, you will deliver high-quality treatments in a calm, guest-focused environment, ensuring every experience is personalised, restorative, and memorable.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including relaxation massage and personalised facial and body treatments; Tailor each treatment to suit individual guest needs, offering personalised care and recommendations; Recommend retail products that enhance treatment results and support ongoing wellness; Create a warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing environment for every guest; Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience and build client loyalty; Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing development in beauty and massage therapies

Requirements

Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential); Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort environment (preferred); Flexible availability, including weekends; Strong time management and the ability to adapt to guest needs; A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry; Full working rights in Australia
