Behavior Technician (RBT)

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans; Teach communication, daily living, and social skills; Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs; Support families through parent training and consistent communication

Requirements

1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities; Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; A passion for helping children grow and succeed; Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington; Comfortable working in client home environments and neighborhoods within the assigned territory; Background check required
