We're currently searching for a warm, welcoming Bellperson to come on board, someone who's great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners. Inside Tip: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of our property to share with your guests will set you up for success.

Responsibilities

Provide impeccable service to guests and partners; prioritize the needs of guests and partners; be the first point of contact for guests at the front of house; share knowledge of the property's history with guests

Requirements

Passionate about guest service; enjoys physical work; previous similar work experience; previous customer or guest service experience; team player; hard worker; detail oriented; flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
