Bell Attendant

The SH Front Offices are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are the first to meet our guests. We're currently searching for a warm, welcoming Bell / Doorperson to come on board, someone who's great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners. Inside Tip: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of our property to share with your guests will set you up for success.

Provide guest service as the first point of contact for guests; prioritize the needs of guests and partners; share knowledge about the history of the property with guests

Requirements

Passionate about guest service; enjoys physical work; previous similar work experience; previous customer or guest service experience; team player; hard worker; detail oriented; flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
