Responsibilities

Ensure timely and courteous delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property; Personalize guests' room orientation in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner, highlighting key amenities and services; Maintain a welcoming presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to all guests; Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries about the property and surrounding area; Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely service delivery; Handle and store guest luggage safely and securely, maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas; Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary; Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the brand with pride and integrity
