Bell/Valet Attendant - Part Time

The Valet/Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting guests, assisting with valet parking, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming first and last impression for every guest. If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the Inn.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide exceptional guest service; Assist with valet parking and safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner; Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle; Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed; Work together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and smooth operations; Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized; Be the difference with all guests and employees and do more than just the norm; Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel positively; Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating guest vehicles; Assist with luggage and escort to rooms as needed

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no moving violations for at least six (6) months; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods throughout an entire shift; Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences; Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have

At least one (1) year of customer service experience with significant guest interaction preferred; Previous hospitality experience is preferred
