Bellman (Russian speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.

- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.

- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.

- Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain clean and organized.

- Coordinate with concierge and front office teams to assist guests promptly.

- Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.

Requirements

Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred.; Strong customer service and communication skills.; Professional appearance and positive attitude.; Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage, standing for long hours).; Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
