Responsibilities

We’re looking for a full time Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Cafe and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!; What You’ll Do:; Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service.; Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.; Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.; Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.; Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.; Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Requirements

About the Team Leader role:; Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hospitality setting.; Excellent communication and people skills.; Ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease.; Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.; A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.; We Offer:; Rate: up to £14.00 per hour; Contract: Full time/ Permanent
