Responsibilities

Analysis of incidents and providing solutions for problem resolution, debugging may be required in certain cases; Supporting the business/specialist departments with process-related queries and understanding issues across the process chain; Shift-based support, including third-party management for critical incidents, in accordance with SLA response times; Experience with call-off control for JIT inbound/outbound, including status/action flows; Experience with EDI scenarios as per VDA standards; Several years of experience in the logistics domain
