Experience

8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in EWM.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation; Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System (MFS) integration. •; Design and configure: Warehouse structure and activity areas Storage control and process-oriented storage control (POSC) Layout-oriented storage control (LOSC) Handling Unit (HU) management Wave management and labor management •; Configure and support EWM MFS components, including: Communication channels (TCP/IP, PLC interfaces) Telegram configuration and queue management Routing and conveyor logic Resource management for automated equipment •; Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture. •; Integrate MFS with ASRS (Automate Storage & Retrieval Systems), Conveyor and sortation system and robotics; Provide solution documentation including functional specifications and test scripts.; Open to travel

Requirements

Mandatory/requires Skills : Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations.; Strong configuration expertise in core EWM processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements).; Strong expertise in Storage control (POSC/LOSC), HU management, Queue and resource management, RF framework; Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills; Preferred Skills : Experience in highly automated distribution centers (high-bay warehouses, pharma, chemical, retail, automotive).; Knowledge of ABAP debugging for MFS troubleshooting.; Exposure to SAP Event Management or real-time tracking integrations.; SAP EWM certification. with Experience with non-SAP WCS/WMS integration.; German language is an added advantage –
