Bilingual Behavior Technician (RBT)

In this role, you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy. Every session is an opportunity to create real, lasting change.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment; Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA; Track progress and collect meaningful session data; Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills; Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families; Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish/English); Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!); Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs; Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education; Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection; Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA); A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset; Must pass a background check
