Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator

Looking to start a career in recruitment? Scotlynn is hiring a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding of professional Class 1 drivers across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administrative, or relationship-building experience who wants to develop a career in recruiting. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced recruiters while learning how to attract, qualify, and onboard drivers in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Responsibilities

Guide driver candidates through the hiring process; Verify qualifications, employment history, and driver records; Schedule road tests and orientation sessions; Build positive relationships with candidates; Maintain accurate information within recruiting systems; Support experienced recruiters and learn industry best practices

Requirements

Fluent English and French; Strong communication and customer service skills; Organized with excellent attention to detail; Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems; Interest in recruitment, sales, or transportation; Comfortable working independently in a public-facing office environment
