BM Caterers - General Assistant

Shifts: 5 days out of 7 days (20 hours per week). Availability to cover evenings and weekends when required. We're looking for a General Assistant who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation and loves being part of a team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where customer service, food quality and teamwork are at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities

Delivering friendly, efficient service to customers; Keeping counters, chillers and service areas clean and well stocked; Supporting food and drink service throughout the day; Using tills and handling payments accurately; Maintaining excellent presentation standards; Following food safety and health and safety procedures; Working closely with your team to keep service running smoothly

Requirements

A positive and helpful attitude; Great communication and listening skills; A team-focused approach; Good attention to detail; Confidence in a customer-facing environment

Nice to have

Previous hospitality, catering or customer service experience
