Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a center in Arrowhead Towne Center, AZ. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy. Total compensation package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually.

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
