As a BCBA at Action Behavior, you play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the children we serve. Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging, supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care, collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
