Responsibilities

Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
