As a BCBA at Action Behavior, you play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the children we serve. Your Role: Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
