At RISE Pediatric Therapies, we believe BCBAs do their best work when they are supported, valued, and given the time and structure to focus on what matters most, clients and families. We are growing our clinic-based ABA programs and looking for a mission-driven BCBA. As a BCBA at RISE, you will: Lead clinical programming and ensure high-quality ABA services; Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; Supervise and mentor RBTs; Partner with families to create meaningful, lasting progress; Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client success.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Masters Degree in Related Field
