Board Certified Behavior Analyst

RISE Pediatric Therapies is growing its clinic-based ABA programs and looking for a mission-driven BCBA who wants strong clinical support, a collaborative team environment, a sustainable, well-structured caseload, and clear pathways for growth.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical programming and ensure high-quality ABA services; Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; Supervise and mentor RBTs; Partner with families to create meaningful, lasting progress; Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client success

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; Masters Degree in Related Field; Limited or Occasional travel
