Bolney Wine Terrace Waiter / Waitress

We’re excited to announce the return of Searcys Bolney Terrace at Surveyors House in Westminster for the summer season - and we’re looking for enthusiastic and personable Wine Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning central London location, serving guests on a beautiful terrace with incredible views overlooking Big Ben. If you have a passion for wine, great service, and want to be part of a vibrant summer atmosphere, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional wine service to guests; Recommending wines and enhancing the guest experience; Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service; Creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable atmosphere

Requirements

Passion for wine and customer service; Confident communication and a friendly personality; Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment; Excellent communication skills; Hands on and proactive approach; Able to work autonomously and as part of a team; Passion for food and beverage; Excellent time management; Strong organisational skills

Nice to have

Previous experience in hospitality or wine service (preferred but not essential)
