We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Merchandising Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the retail and merchandising industry, providing valuable insights into product selection, inventory management, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform merchandising strategies; Weekly replenishment for the Johor Bahru Premium Outlet Store and attend to client requests weekly; Participate in inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and assisting with transfers; Tracking of Merchandising samples and managing loan forms; Help prepare weekly reports and presentations for team meetings

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, Retail Management or a related field; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); A creative mindset with an interest in retail trends and consumer behavior; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
