Responsibilities

Represent NextShining in a professional and engaging manner.; Introduce customers and prospects to the company’s services and brand.; Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently.; Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.; Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.; Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company offerings.; Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team.; Collaborate with team members to support promotional and business objectives.; Maintain a strong understanding of current services, promotions, and brand messaging.; Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience.
