Building and Grounds Custodian III

Supervises and participates in the performance of routine manual work tasks in cleaning and maintaining buildings, surrounding grounds and walkways; and simple building maintenance and repair work.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States (citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment); Two (2) years of progressively responsible work experience in janitorial/custodial work or grounds maintenance work; At least one (1) year of work experience comparable in nature and scope to the Building and Grounds Custodian II in State service; Demonstration of supervisory aptitude; Valid driver's license at the time of appointment
