Responsibilities

Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of pre-engineered and wood framed buildings; Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing; Coordinate with project team to plan and execute building erection projects; Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications; Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and schedules; Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary; Assist Foreman with organization of the jobsite, subcontractors, equipment, and paperwork; Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations; Train and mentor crew members on building erection techniques and best practices; Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements

Strong knowledge of building erection techniques and practices; Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications; Excellent leadership and supervisory skills; Ability to travel - typically in the state of WI; Ability to lift heavy objects (0-50lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80lbs ground to carry height); Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor; Ability to operate hand/power tools and other equipment; Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Integrity; Accountability; Team Player; Attention to Detail; Hardworking; Coachable
