Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with Digineer, you will work closely with the business and technology teams at the client to elicit, gather and write requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires credibility and confidence when interacting with key project stakeholders and technology teams across the full lifecycle of the project.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in projects with Agile methodologies; Ability to successfully schedule, plan, and lead requirement gathering and review meetings with multiple stakeholders to understand their business objectives and needs; Define and document system requirements utilizing workflows, process mapping, and other methods; A conceptual understanding of IT systems and architecture to support discussions and communications; Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, coordination, facilitation, and negotiation

Nice to have

CBAP certified; Training and testing skills; Prior consulting experience
