Requirements

Experience leading analysis for large-scale digital initiatives.; Experience documenting requirements, user stories, process models, business rules, and acceptance criteria.; Experience assessing services for integration with shared platforms and reusable capabilities.; Experience working in Agile or hybrid teams and supporting backlog, testing, release, and implementation activities.; Experience coordinating deliverables across business and technical teams.; Experience maintaining requirements traceability.; Experience defining integration, data, workflow, and operational requirements.; Excellent facilitation, writing, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.; Ability to translate effectively between business and technical audiences.
