Business Development Associate

Our client is a private investment firm with more than $100 billion in assets under management, focused on real estate and alternative investments across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team across all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to implementation and ongoing relationship management; Support activity tracking and execution for all communication throughout the sales cycle; Create, update, and maintain profiles including relevant call reports to ensure relationship continuity; Assist in profiling prospects, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client dinners or events; Contribute to the design and execution of marketing campaigns; Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly team activity and performance reports; Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 2-4 years of business development experience; FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or ability to obtain; Strong interpersonal skills; Experience with CRM systems
