Manages the daily retail activities and supports catering for Food Services.

Responsibilities

Manages the daily retail activities and supports catering for Food Services; Manages customer satisfaction and looks for ways to enhance the retail dining experience; Seeks out and presents cutting edge systems and equipment to stay on trend with retail concepts; Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management; Performs and oversees scheduling, and payroll; Oversees daily cash reconciliation and acts as the liaison for vending services; Assists with catering activities as needed; Coordinates retail menu cycles and is responsible for marketing and merchandising of all retail products

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3 years of food service supervisory experience; Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision; Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
