Position Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers over the phone, answer questions, and help resolve routine service concerns. This role is suited to someone who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and remains composed in a busy call-based environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.; Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.; Patient, professional, and customer-focused attitude.; Ability to remain calm during challenging conversations.; Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.; Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions.; Previous call center, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
