This position is for Waking nights, but we do also have day positions available.

Responsibilities

Quality Time Matters: Our minimum 1-hour visits allow you to genuinely connect with clients, building meaningful relationships through regular visits.; Support That Counts: Your role will include providing companionship, assistance with daily activities, and helping clients stay active and engaged in their routines.; Personal Care Focus: From assisting with daily activities to providing essential personal care, you’ll ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.; Community Connections: Be there to accompany clients on shopping trips, social outings, and appointments, ensuring their independence is maintained. To help you succeed, we’re looking for compassionate individuals who hold a valid driving licence and have access to a reliable car, ensuring seamless support for our clients.

Requirements

No Experience? No Problem!; You don’t need previous qualifications or experience – just a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference. We provide full training and ongoing development to help you thrive.
