Care Assistant

You'll be supporting a wonderful client in their family home alongside their parents and four friendly dogs. The client lives with a number of complex health needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Hypertonic Clonus Spasms, Developmental Delay and Learning Difficulties. Although non-verbal, the client communicates through smiles, laughter and vocal sounds, making this an incredibly rewarding role where you can build a meaningful connection and truly enhance quality of life. This is a highly supportive 2:1 care package where you'll provide ongoing clinical and personal care support.

Responsibilities

Supporting a client in their family home alongside their parents and four friendly dogs; Providing ongoing clinical and personal care support; Manual handling; Medication administration via JEJ; Chest physiotherapy support; Seizure management; Oral suctioning; Personal care and hygiene support; Attend hydrotherapy once a week

Requirements

Driver required; Caring, reliable people with positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
