We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person-centred care for an individual with complex needs.

Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team; Deliver person-centred care for an individual with complex needs; Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handling; Recognise and respond to autonomic dysreflexia; Support non-verbal communication using a spelling system; Maintain accurate care records
