Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home. He lives with his parents, older brother, and a friendly cockapoo, and is described by his family as a happy, cheeky 'little tinker' with a lovable personality. You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care; Work alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team; Support his wellbeing and community activities; PEG management (nutrition, fluids, medications); Moving and positioning; Some personal care

Requirements

Full UK driving licence; Access to a vehicle
