Care Assistant

You will be the highlight of someone’s day. As a Care Assistant, you’ll be visiting vulnerable adults in the Wrexham community in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. No two days are exactly the same.

Responsibilities

Visiting vulnerable adults in their own homes; Helping clients maintain their independence and dignity; Assisting with washing and dressing; Preparing meals; Prompting medication; Providing a listening ear, friendly chat, and companionship
