Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client in their home. This role involves managing a range of complex clinical needs that require regular monitoring and attention. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive, and a reliable team player who demonstrates empathy, patience, and adaptability. As the client is non-verbal and uses eye gaze technology to communicate, you will play a vital role in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help them express their needs and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities

Support an adult client in their home; Managing a range of complex clinical needs that require regular monitoring and attention; Encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help the client express their needs and enhance their quality of life

Requirements

A full UK driving licence; Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilation; Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role
