Care Assistant

You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Following personalised care plans, your responsibilities will include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility support, light housekeeping, companionship, and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming); Medication support (preparation and administration); Meal preparation and mealtime assistance; Mobility support and helping clients use equipment safely; Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning); Companionship, emotional support, and encouraging social engagement; Digital documentation (logging visits and reporting any health changes)

Requirements

Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others; Reliability and a naturally caring, positive nature; Great communication and a collaborative team spirit; The right to work in the UK
